It's been busy in the office recently - we missed a week of measuring; with baby steps out on the measurement board, belly growth has slowed. Some additional #s to consider... Baby Babaian is now 18cm (not inches as Ellen and I discovered) from crown to rump, if you add little baby legs, (s)he is about the size of a ruler and weighing in at just over 2lbs! The doctor measured my belly at 29cm and I'm 37inches (or 97cm) around.
I feel pretty good, we had a lovely Babymoon in Boston and the baby regularly moves/kicks throughout the day. I'm really feeling like there is a baby in there and not just a fruit or vegetable!
In Boston, we met a little girl who asked me as she poked my belly - "Why's your belly like that?" and I should have said... "I swallowed a watermelon seed." But, I didn't because she knew like everyone does that there is a baby growing in there and so far, it's going quickly and smoothly!
