11 Years Ago, today, I married the love of my life... the very start of our family!
Of course, like any couple, we've had our emotional ups and downs, but we could not be more fortunate to have each other and now two strong, beautiful girls. We have the kind of life that people dream about and for that we are truly grateful. Our love is strong and the foundation of our family and will keep us going through this difficult time.
I was discharged from the hospital today, so I am grateful for the time at home to celebrate our anniversary and to spend some good quality time with Stella B!
We said goodbye to Cora by dropping off some milk and laying a little butterfly blanket with my scent (and Daddy's). She seemed comforted by that blankie. I wish I could provide more comfort to her now, but all I can do is give her milk and talk to her a bit. We are hoping to provide "Kangaroo Care" next week.
