Family Meeting #3

I love that this meeting was a check-in to determine our thoughts with Cora's feeding. What a wonderful display of collaboration and I am grateful to be able to provide this feedback and that my opinion (and Matt's) is valued in regards to Cora's care. There are so many decisions that we have not had the opportunity to weigh-in, and it's great to be able to connect with her care-givers. Everyone is rooting for Cora to start taking her feedings by mouth and we have been reassured that she will eat and it may be on her schedule and it may require some creativity, but she will eat, and she will come home!

Cora is just a little sensitive. So, we need to be a bit more methodical with her when interacting with her, especially around her feedings. We need to reward her queuing behavior quickly and gently and she responded this a great breast-feeding session with this new protocol.

Cora has now moved-up into a big-girl crib! She loves music and now she has lots of places to get it.

(Matt apologizes for the blurry picture)
