Awesome!

Awesome is the best word I can use to describe today's visit! The only way I'd feel better was if she was still in the womb.

I mean, whose heart doesn't melt for this picture!? What a beauty, ay? Special thanks to her Night Nurse for snapping this cutie last night and leaving me the goodies to share with all her followers!! It brings a tear to my eye of pride and joy to see her sweet face and her eyes open... I believe she is smiling here.

Even better than this sweet photo is the fact that her BUN & Creatinine levels decreased significantly, as reflected in today's lab results. Serious sigh of relief... her Nurse Practitioner practically skipped over to me to tell me the news. Basically, there is nothing concerning about Cora's health right now! I am on Cloud 9.

CPAP is still necessary for little, sweet Cora Leigh, but this is not unusual/concerning. But, it does cause her eyes to bug-out a little bit for the photo shoot. We had such a great Kangaroo today, too!

Short update on my work leave situation... finally got an answer today, but not one that will work for me, so we continue to appeal and wait for an answer. Is it silly of me to poke fun at HR, when I technically am a part of it?
